Marketing Campaign

Signage:
When I list your home, I will place a personalized sign in your yard or in a highly visible window.  My signs will have my contact information clearly visible. 

Flyers:
Custom designed flyers that I design myself are laid out in full color.  This flyer will be available to anyone walking or driving by your home. The flyers will be consistently updated and replenished by me.

Email Brochures:
I create a presentation which consists of a digital email flyer that is emailed to top Real Estate Agents in the metro area. 

Homes & Land Magazine:
I will arrange and pay to have your home advertised in Homes & Land magazine, a magazine that reaches potential buyers where they work, live, shop and play.  This publication is printed once a month and is distributed in highly visible racks at locations frequented by home buyers and sellers (grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, shopping centers).  Your new listing will be featured in the first available publication.

MLS:
Your home will be listed in the Denver Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  The MLS is accessible to all licenses brokers in the Denver area.  Licensed agents can access photos and information about your home on an agent only access website.

Website/Internet:
Besides my website, your home will be featured on the MLS (Metrolist), re.com, realtor.com, homes.com, trulia.com, edgeio, reColorado.com, just to name a few.  

Prospect Match Program:
I will also enter your home in the Prospect Match program, which will immediately give us a list of all the brokers that have entered parameters for their buyers that match your home.  This allows me to personally contact these brokers, send photos, digital tours, and additional information on your home.
